Telephone & Email Casework Service

Cancellation Policy

This service provides ad hoc 30 minutes of legal advice via phone and/or email. This service can be purchased as and when needed. Or a Flexi Saver Plan can be purchased, with units used when required. This service cannot be cancelled once casework has started. Booking cancellations must be made by email to client@helpyourselftolaw.com at least 24 hours before the appointment date and time. The appointment can then be rescheduled at no additional cost. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the service fee is non-refundable, and a further paid booking for this service will be required. This service is used for additional case assistance but is not for the purpose of starting a new case with us. This requires the initial case assessment and next steps service to be purchased first.
