Saver Flexi Plan

Cancellation Policy

Flexi Saver Plan Policy Clients can book up to 12 x 30-minute blocks of telephone and email advice with this package. The plan is active for a 12 month period. The package cost of £249.99 is paid up front, and provides 12 credits. The plan will end once the 12 units have been used. Any further units can be purchased on an ad-hoc basis, or another Flexi Saver Plan can be purchased. This plan cannot be cancelled once any units have been used. If your case is resolved before all the credits are used, the remaining credits can be used towards help with a different case within the initial 12 month period. Unused credits are not refundable. Booking cancellations must be made by email to client@helpyourselftolaw.com at least 24 hours before the appointment date and time. The appointment can then be rescheduled without losing any credit from the plan. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the booking credit is non-refundable, and one credit of the plan will be used. Advice will be given by phone and/or email.
