Cancellation Policy

Initial Case Assessment & Next Steps Advice The package cost of £49.99 and is paid up front. It provides 1 hour of casework with phone or email next steps advice. Any further units required after this stage can be purchased on an ad-hoc basis, or a Flexi Saver Plan can be purchased. This service cannot be cancelled once the casework has started. Booking cancellations must be made by email to client@helpyourselftolaw.com at least 24 hours before the appointment date and time. The appointment can then be rescheduled at no additional cost. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the service fee is non-refundable, and a further paid booking for this service will be required. Advice and next steps will be given by phone and/or email.
